Hotels.com

DIRECTOR – Luke Bouchier
AGENCY – Host
CLIENT – Hotels.com
ART DIRECTOR – Jo Ayling

Jo took on both art department and wardrobe for this hotels.com campaign, as we follow Neil, a loveable doorman of an exquisite 5 Star hotel. He sees guests go in stressed and tired and emerge refreshed and full of life. He’d love a bit of the action himself; twenty years of standing at the threshold of paradise, but not being able to enjoy it all, takes its toll, and Neil’s lost a bit of spark.

Thanks to hotels.com 40% summer sale, for the first time in his life, Neil can stay in a hotel like this.

In a heart-warming spot we see Neil walk through the doors of his own hotel, not as a doorman, but as a guest, and experience all the wonders and delights that await him on the other side.
