Not your average every day tracksuit, unless you’re an Ali G fanatic, it was obvious we needed to have these two outfits custom made for our wannabe tai chi experts after scouring through Paddy’s Markets and bizarre online stores. We sourced a metallic thread poly organza fabric and had it fit to our talent for this creative campaign for ‘Fusion Noodles; Eat the Noodle, Live the Noodle.’

Shot in two perfect locations, the Chinese Garden of friendship and a Chinese restaurant, Liu Rose, whose extravagant décor suited this campaign to an absolute T. Lavish gold and burgundy archways, wooden ceilings, carved by hand and painted gold, and huge original paintings set the backdrop for our (legit) kung fu artist who required another very specific suit. Being a very slight man with a 28” waist we visited the boutiques of Cabramatta to find more garish, lustrous suiting with enough elastane content so as not to restrict our talent from jumping 6ft in the air into half splits.

A bit of prop styling was required and unloading cans of super strength hairspray onto carefully twirled noodles around forks seemed to do the trick for our perplexed bed ready spectator.
